After leaving Youzhou, Changge continue her trek in the direction going to the Norther bordern city Shuozhou. That even the constant border wars seemed to have not affected his devotion for the people of Shuozhou.

The two experienced the kindness and compassion of the governor and his household. The governor discovered Changge's innate ability and offered to be at first his registrar. Governor Gonsun Heng and Commamndant Li became Shuozhou's heroes for the people.
